Amy Dawson is the Social Value and Community Lead at Multiplex and for the past 8 years, has been championing social value through its development from a “nice to have” to an integrated and important aspect of project delivery within the construction industry. Amy is responsible for working with project teams to ensure social value is embedded within the earliest stages of construction, including procurement, and is meaningfully delivered to create lasting and positive social impacts for people and the communities that Multiplex works in. Amy and the Social Value Team at Multiplex are the custodians and driving force of ‘Leave no one behind’, Multiplex’s Social Equity Strategy.
