I work for one of the worlds leading technology firms supporting clients in the Construction, Real Estate and Facilities Management Sector. For the past 10 years I’ve worked in change management and transformation, helping organisations adapt the way they operate to meet the needs of their future business, supporting executives to achieve strategic business outcomes. The built environment has undergone major change when it comes to adopting new technologies, particularly accelerated in the last two years by new remote ways of working. Many companies are moving away from being assets focused to being much more client centric. I help my clients deliver exceptional experiences for their customers, whether this is providing entirely digital leasing journeys, or using analytics to predict behaviours, or managing large construction tenders in without drowning in spreadsheets and word documents.
