Anas Ayoub

Anas Ayoub is the Founder and Digital Construction Director of XD House, a BIM, automation and digital delivery consultancy working across London and Dubai. An architect by training, he holds a BArch, an MS in BIM and is a LEED AP. Before founding XD House in 2022, Anas worked as a BIM Specialist in Dubai and held roles at Cracknell Landscape Architects and Kingspan Insulated Panels, giving him a view of digital construction from the design, manufacturing and delivery sides. Today he leads ISO 19650 information management, BIM coordination and workflow automation for clients in the UK and the Middle East. He also leads development of XDHouse.ai, a suite of Revit plugins and tools that cut repetitive modelling and documentation work. His focus is making digital construction practical: fewer manual processes, cleaner information and project teams that trust their data.
