Andrea joined BAM in 2004 as HR manager, progressing to HR Director in 2015.  She also held the role of Global Construction & Property HR Director between 2020 and 2022. 

She has focused on creating a supportive, caring and flexible BAM culture which allows people to be themselves and do their best at work, positioning BAM as the employer of choice in the industry. 

Her genuine interest in people has been the backbone of her work to help empower BAM people.
