With several years’ experience in acoustics, I am passionate about mental health in the workplace (especially within the construction industry and on-site). I have experience in contracting, manufacturing, acoustic design and testing/reporting. This gives me a wide view of the industry, having dealt with worker across all levels and from all demographics.
As a trained mental health first aider, I am keen to use this to help others and to try and shape the industry from within to create a culture of openness for those suffering and one of support, empathy, and providing help to those who need it from companies and organisations.
