Andrew joined Hawkins in 2013 in order to expand the Built Environment capability of the company, which now includes 80 Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Hydrologists and Fire Engineers as well as a core group of Civil and Structural Engineers. He has investigated over 350 civil and structural cases including ground failures, flooding, building collapses, retaining wall and foundation failures, as well as storm and vibration damage.  Andrew has extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM2015 and is often instructed on personal injury cases involving operatives on construction site.
