Andy is Jacobs Delivery Director for Major Programmes in the UK, accountable for supporting teams on several large and complex infrastructure schemes in the utilities and transportation sectors. He is also Programme Director for Tideway, with responsibility for delivery of all infrastructure on the project.  

Andy has previously been responsible for design, construction and construction supervision of major tunnelling, civil engineering and metro projects in the UK and in Ireland, Egypt, Canada and Malaysia. 

Andy is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and as co-chair of the ICE’s Productivity Advisory Board he jointly led the ICE’s 2022 State of the Nation Report on improving productivity. Andy is also a Fellow of the Association for Project Management and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
