Anjlee is a Site Manager working across projects in London/Manchester. She started her career working in the industry nearly 4 years ago. Anjlee started as a Graduate Site Manager whilst completing her master’s in construction project management and working her way up to becoming a Site Manager. She has worked on a number of diverse projects from schools, student accommodation and recently to the para championships aquatics centre.

Statement:

I am extremely passionate about encouraging more women into the industry and bringing a positive change to the diversity and culture within the industry. As a woman working within construction, I understand the challenges that we face and being an advocate of promoting ‘women in construction’ makes me proud to be apart of. My goal is to inspire, encourage, support, and develop women into entering the industry and shaping the industry for a better future for all.
