Ann Taylor

Ann Taylor is an accomplished General Contractor and Affordable Housing Developer with more than 16 years of experience in real estate development, construction, renovation, and project management. Her diverse background combines hands-on construction expertise with extensive experience in affordable housing development and community-focused initiatives.

As a licensed contractor, Ann has successfully managed residential and commercial projects from initial planning and permitting through construction and final completion. Her experience encompasses project development, budgeting, contractor and vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, quality control, and overall project oversight. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC).

Ann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has earned professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Her affordable housing experience includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of more than 70 residential properties, helping to provide quality housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income families.
