Anna is a Planning Director with 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy, policy planning and urban design. She is a trusted and expert collaborator, and is design led in her thinking, working closely with architectural, engagement and client teams to achieve positive planning outcomes. Anna has extensive knowledge of planning and regeneration, which enables her to provide effective strategic planning advice. Anna leads complex town planning projects at all stages from the articulation of effective strategy at the outset to the preparation and negotiation of consents, providing clear advice on overcoming a wide range of issues. Her portfolio of projects includes strategic promotion of garden town communities, large scale mixed use schemes for clients such as Canary Wharf Group and Grosvenor, and sensitive heritage projects including the Restoration and Renewal of the Housing of Parliament. Anna has: • extensive knowledge of planning and regeneration in London; • considerable experience of working collaboratively to devise design strategies; • Engagement lead with statutory bodies, residents and business including local planning authorities, acting as key contact between stakeholders and client teams. • Negotiation of complex planning consents including large scale, multi-phased, outline and detailed planning consents, with S106 agreements, CIL, highways components and listed building consent. • Excellent grasp of the policy and legislative environment, advising on all aspects of navigating the planning system. • Programme development and risk monitoring.
