Anuska has over 7 years of experience within Digital Construction having worked with architects and sub-contractors. Developing their BIM knowledge and skills in-house for manufacture and fit-out projects, this has included training, presentations and problem-solving. Anuska has always strived to motivate and encourage colleagues to use the Digital suite of tools effectively whilst staying up to date with the latest software trends.

Anuska is a digital construction specialist for ISG focused on the appropriate implementation of digital construction tools within live projects and ISG group processes, to ensure that digital construction is supporting the whole project life cycle. At project level, she is the key contact for the design team in terms of technology and software and innovation, closely involved in 3D information management and design coordination.

In the last year, Anuska has strived to become ACC champion within the company. Using digital tools, she has increased efficiency within teams for coordination and collaboration between sites, consultants, and subcontractors.  She is highly motivated and continues to engage with the whole ISG to support the digitalisation of construction processes.
