Arianna is an Architect, Researcher and Sustainability Consultant with 20 years of experience in design, retrofit and policy. She works as a Sustainability Design Advisor at the Department for Education where she leads on overheating adaptation and retrofit. Prior to her current role, Arianna worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant in private practice. She has a background in academia, Arianna was Research Fellow for the University of Brighton on the IFORE project (2010-2015) that retrofitted 200 social houses in England and France and she also accomplished a PhD on the climate change adaptation of retrofitted social housing in the South-East of England. Arianna presented her work nationally and internationally and she is a qualified retrofit coordinator.
