Ash Stockle is a Registered Building Inspector and consultant working for Meridian Consult Ltd, a Registered Building Control Approver.

Ash has worked in the construction industry for over a decade, in a variety of roles, before retraining to become a Building Inspector, so he has seen both sides of the Building Control process, before and after the introduction of the Building Safety Act.

He has experience of working on a wide variety of projects, with a focus on commercial and high rise, and is currently working towards class 3 registration with the Building Safety Regulator.

Ash’s caseload includes Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) projects ranging from minor alterations through to fit-outs of multi-storey offices across England & Wales, while projects away from LBG include HRBs and independent sections to HRBs in both a regulatory capacity, and as a consultant for Gateway projects.
