Ashley Richardson is a seasoned urban socio-economic development specialist driving positive transformation across the built environment. Her diverse international experience spanning the UK, USA, APAC, and the Middle East has equipped her with exceptional expertise in leading strategic programmes that promote sustainable growth and inclusive urban development.

Since joining JLL in 2023 as Senior Social Sustainability Lead, Ashley delivers comprehensive social value strategies for private investor clients. Her holistic approach integrates environmental, social, and economic elements to create robust social value frameworks. Drawing on her market insights, she crafts strategies that generate growth, expand opportunities, and ensure equitable resource access.

Before JLL, Ashley held a key position at Peabody where she spearheaded research and development initiatives, created socio-economic strategies, and managed a social investment fund. She also served as a consultant specialising in inclusive and sustainable development, tackling critical challenges in creating socially just, ecological, and circular urban environments.

With 12+ years in the built environment sector, Ashley's leadership focuses on implementing socio-economic inclusion and sustainability strategies across diverse regions.
