Babak Tizkar
Babak Tizkar is the Head of BIM, Technical Director, Buildings & Places at AtkinsR'alis. He is in charge of a specialised BIM team whose mission is to deploy existing and emergent digital technologies to improve the design process, streamline production workflows and guide users to better adapt and deliver multi-disciplinary projects using digital technology.'
Prior to joining Atkins, Babak aided in the development of a global BIM strategy for Benoy, led a successful BIM team at WilkinsonEyre through the practice's BIM adoption and previously worked at Foster + Partners in both their Design Studio and Integrated Engineering Design Group. Amongst notable projects have been Battersea Power Station (Phase 2), King's Cross Gasholders. Apple Campus and Tocumen International Airport.
