Becci Taylor

Becci is a Director in Arup’s London office with 20 years of experience of expertise in driving transformative change towards sustainable development. Her roles include leading Arup’s Retrofit at Scale business, co-leading a team delivering practical pathways for decarbonisation and climate adaption of existing assets, and the delivery of multidisciplinary sustainable new build and retrofit projects with focus on UK housing and global arts and culture.

Becci is a visionary leader who champions and advocates for system level change to drive decarbonization, enhance resilience, and foster social value across the built environment. Her focus began at the intersection of the built environment and the people in it, based on her expertise of blending building physics and engineering systems to deliver low carbon designs with health at their core. Her work has now broadened to explore opportunities through broader approaches to value, delivery models, finance, and policy.
