Beth Howells is a Senior Design Manager at John Sisk & Son, she brings a wealth of knowledge from main contractor’s perspective to the opportunities and challenges of MMC & industrialised construction.

Drawing on her current role leading the design and delivery of a high-rise BTR development of 472 apartments for Greystar across two towers, a project that has embraced MMC from conception, Beth offers a practical insight into implementing these approaches on live construction sites.

She understands the key drivers behind successful MMC adoption, as well as the real-world challenges, ensuring that consistency, collaboration, quality and sustainability remain central to delivering a successful building.
