Bianca is a regeneration and communities professional with more than 16 years’ experience working in affordable housing and urban regeneration. She is passionate about strengthening communities and delivering large-scale redevelopment and rehousing across London and the North West of England. Her portfolio includes placemaking and socio-economic delivery at Acton Gardens and Beam Park masterplans. Bianca holds an MA in Urban Regeneration, is a Future London Leaders alumna, and was shortlisted for Professional Woman of the Year at the UK Women in Housing Awards.
