Bidisha joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2005 after completing her Master’s Degree at the Architectural Association, London.
She has over a decade of experience working on international projects through all works stages from concept to completion, stakeholder engagement, client liaison, and design quality control especially in the UK & Asian construction market.
Before joining ZHA, London, she collaborated with multiple practices in India. In UK she was the project architect for the Evelyn Grace Academy - a GBP 36m major education facility through all stage of design, delivery, including handover to the client in 2010. The project received the 2011 RIBA Stirling Prize. She also led the design and delivery for the new 900m2 mathematics gallery within the historic Science Museum complex in central London, which received the RIBA London Award and the LUX lighting award in 2017. Most recently she has been on a two-year secondment to Hong Kong, working on a selection of ZHA’s current high profile projects in the region.
