I did a master's in business risk management and now I want to play a leadership role. I am currently pursuing my doctoral research at the University of South Wales. My current research deals with occupational health, workplace evaluation and control, and workplace risk assessment. The overview of my business ambitions is to set up a consulting firm where I can offer a consultation service to new entrepreneurs in occupational health. For the most part, the idea came after the establishment of a knowledge gap and a low level of awareness by small businesses in the occupational health strategy
