Global Airport Planning and Advisory Director, WSP

Bosco is an accomplished Aviation expert for WSP who leads their Global Airport Planning and Advisory business.  He has extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in aviation strategy, Public-Private-Partnerships, demand analysis, operations, aviation policy, airport planning, financial planning, project management and managing capital investment projects. 
Bosco’s academic background is in Urban Planning and Business Administration.  

His professional career spans almost 40 years in both the public and private sector, with the last 34 years spent working exclusively in the aviation sector.  The first 18 years of his aviation career was spent working for what was then the largest airport-operating group in the world, BAA (formerly the British Airport Authority). 

He performed a wide range of planning, environmental, policy, project delivery, financial, operational, and strategic roles working for each of the three main London Airports, Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted, as well as for BAA's Corporate Office and directly to the last two Group Chief Executive Officers.  Bosco thereafter moved into consultancy, initially with WSP, before joining Halcrow which was acquired by CH2M who in turn were acquired by Jacobs.   He then joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to lead their Consultancy business based in Singapore before rejoining WSP in 2018 to set up their Airport Planning and Advisory business.   

Bosco has successfully delivered over 300 major assignments advising governments, regulatory bodies, financial investors, multi-lateral banks, real estate developers, contractors/developers, airport operators and airport concessionaires in all the major aviation markets in the world.  Bosco is currently leading assignments in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australasia, and Central Asia.
