Brian Morrisroe

Brian Morrisroe provides a specialist contracting perspective shaped by over 40 years’ Industry experience. He advocates for greater engagement with the specialist supply chain so that, inter alia, a more productive or optimised design for construction can be achieved. Brian has been a member of the Construction Productivity Taskforce since early 2022. Prior to that he was a board member of the CLC and Build UK.

Morrisroe operates in the high-end UK construction space providing a wide range of specialist construction services from demolition, through to piling, structures, joinery, carpentry and fit out. In-house structural design practice Kingscote Design plays a central role in all Morrisroe projects providing permanent and temporary works design services, and supporting Morrisroe to self-deliver stand-alone as well as broader packages of works. Recent productivity initiatives include supporting productivity research being conducted by Cambridge University and upskilling front line workers with bespoke construction productivity training.
