Burak Capli has been an Honorary Member of the London Turkish Architects Association since August 2024, in recognition of his valuable contributions to the LTAA community and to the fields of architecture and design. He is the founder of Placemaking AI, a platform that helps real estate and infrastructure operators use artificial intelligence to make faster, more confident decisions. A lifelong entrepreneur, Burak combines curiosity, creativity, and data to tackle complex challenges and translate emerging technologies into practical tools.His work focuses on how AI can shift the real estate industry from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven action. From understanding audiences and customer sentiment to optimising operations and portfolio strategy, Burak advocates for AI as a way to unlock both efficiency and experience in the built environment.As one of the first movers in applying AI to real estate, he has been closely involved in guiding some of the industry’s most pioneering companies through their AI transformation journeys, helping leaders move beyond hype to embed AI into daily decision-making, gain competitive advantage, and strengthen the long-term value of their assets.
