Callum Stayton is a Senior Associate Director at Jacobs, leading AI in Europe and helping teams and clients adopt AI responsibly, securely and effectively. With deep expertise across AI, data strategy, digital transformation and infrastructure asset management, Callum focuses on how data, digital twins and emerging technologies can turn complex infrastructure information into actionable insight. He has delivered high-impact programmes for major transport and public-sector clients, including National Highways, HS2, Heathrow and the Environment Agency, helping organisations improve decision-making, asset performance and long-term planning.
