Calum is the Head of Construction Engineering and Assurance at Transport for London (TfL) and serves as a Director of the Temporary Works forum (TWf). At TfL, Calum leads a team of experts in safety critical works, temporary works and use of construction plant, to optimise the delivery of transport infrastructure within operationally constrained environments. Additionally, Calum holds the position of Director at the Temporary Works forum, a not-for-profit organisation established to benefit the construction industry. In this voluntary capacity, Calum is dedicated to fostering change and innovation in the management of temporary works and supports various initiatives to facilitate constructive dialogue within the industry.
