Carl has over 40 years’ experience of the Midlands property market and is currently a Senior Director and Head of the Midlands and South Development team at CBRE. He has held various positions over his career including National Head of Avison Young’s Office Agency Team, Managing Director of their Birmingham Office and Chair of Avison Young’s UK Executive Board, Chair of the Midlands BCO Judging Panel and Committee, and a position as Non-Executive Director of Innovation Birmingham Ltd.

Carl has been involved in some of the region’s highest profile schemes including the Birmingham Health and Innovation Campus, Peddimore, the Ladywood regeneration project, Arden Cross and Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park.
