With extensive experience across housing, regeneration and community development, Caroline specialises in creating lasting social impact through employment and skills initiatives, resident engagement, partnership working and community investment programmes.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with local authorities, housing associations, education providers and community organisations to develop innovative approaches that maximise the social value created through development and regeneration projects.
