Having brought up four children and been working in market and qualitative research and fieldwork for over 20 years, my focus has turned to the built environment and how we interact eith and live our lives in it. I have always loved design, architecture and nature and suddenly the world is waking up to the relevance and importance of research to successfully consider and combine these aspects . Passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and respect for humanity, sustainability and our environment.

Why is it important to support diversity and inclusion? 

"To create a balanced world we need to create an environment that respects and considers everyone. How can we profess to be inclusive if we miss our entire chunks of society?"
