Statement:

"I believe in the creative role of the architect as mediator and negotiator between different stakeholders in the complex process of the urban regeneration. I am strongly committed to make our industry a more diverse environment where everybody can thrive and contribute, not despite but because of their diverse abilities and skills.
For me creating beautiful inclusive places to live and thrive in, as well as a fair and inclusive working environment, equates to the same thing. It’s a question of integrity."
