I am a student at Oxford Brookes University and a Fellow with Bevisioneers-The Mercedes Benz Fellowship where I am working on a project that promotes the application of Sustainable Drainage Solutions with porous asphalt and pavement in Mumbai, India, a city which always suffers from floods in the rains. I aim to create a systemic change in the approach to urban planning in Mumbai and help the citizens there. I am tremendously inspired by the sustainable solutions here in the UK for stormwater mitigation and I hope to network with like minded individuals to help create a sustainable and resilient society.
