Having worked in the Construction / Health & Safety Training industry since 2004, it's become a mission of mine to promote the vast array of roles available in Construction to the younger generation.

Statement:

Having experienced my own struggles, owning and growing a First-Class Training Provider in Northamptonshire in the Construction Industry, it's my key objective to ensure we create an inclusive and welcoming environment for women to learn to operate machinery and enter the construction industry. There should be no hurdles around women entering the industry (at all levels) - I truly believe that there is a place for women at all levels - Operatives, Supervisors and Managers. I have a real passion to expose, educate and inspire the younger generation to the world of construction and ensure we do what we can to bridge the skills gap.
