Chris Radley has 10 years of experience with Fletcher Priest, working on a variety of commercial projects through all design and construction stages. These encompass office, retail, hotel and residential uses at diverse scales, both new-builds and refurbishments.

Chris has led projects from feasibility through planning submissions to construction. Recently, he led the masterplan for 3 Shortlands in Hammersmith, seeing initial refurbishment work complete and leading the planning submission for future development phases. This successful approach is being continued at Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon – repositioning and reintegrating the 300,000ft² shopping centre from the 1990s into the town centre through a phased introduction of diverse and complimentary new uses.

Chris also led Fletcher Priest’s award-winning FutureWork submission to the BCO’s NextGen design competition. A keen cyclist, Chris cycled from London to MIPIM in 2019, helping to raise over £500,000 for charity.
