Chris Savva
Chris is an architect and Managing Director with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, design-led projects across the commercial, workplace, residential, infrastructure and mixed-use sectors.
His experience combines architectural design and project delivery with commercial, operational and strategic leadership. He has delivered projects for leading clients including CBRE, British Land, Landsec and Shaftesbury Capital (formerly Shaftesbury PLC), alongside award-winning workplace projects for major end users.
A key focus of Chris’s work is bringing together the design, commercial and delivery aspects of projects establishing clear priorities, managing risk and resources, and ensuring design ambition is balanced with programme, budget and wider client objectives.
