Claire is a Smart Places Associate Director with experience in innovation, strategy and programme management.  After 20 years in Financial Services Claire took a career break to study for an MSc in Cities at the London School of Economics before joining the WSP Smart Places team.  ​ She has designed and delivered communications strategies and case studies to educate senior management on the transformational potential of emerging technologies.  She guides clients through a human-centered design process co-creating digital strategies that channel the transformational potential of emerging technologies to make great places.   Claire is interested in human behaviour and all the places where innovation and cities meet. ​
