Claire is a Smart Places Associate Director with experience in innovation, strategy and programme management. After 20 years in Financial Services Claire took a career break to study for an MSc in Cities at the London School of Economics before joining the WSP Smart Places team. She has designed and delivered communications strategies and case studies to educate senior management on the transformational potential of emerging technologies. She guides clients through a human-centered design process co-creating digital strategies that channel the transformational potential of emerging technologies to make great places. Claire is interested in human behaviour and all the places where innovation and cities meet.
