Mental Health First Aider for the last 8 years.  Mental Health & Wellbeing Champion for the last 8 years. Now additionally London Employee Mental Health Lead.

Industry award nominated and shortlisted for Mental health and Wellbeing initiatives and activities.  Several of these activities were awarded CCS points and best practice commendations.

Claude has spoken at numerous conferences about these activities including the Construction News Summit and the Health & Safety Expo at Excel.

Claude has for the last 4 years been a Construction News Specialist Awards Judge.

With 10 years Construction industry experience having previously working for various international Blue Chip Media Companies.

Claude is currently undertaking a coaching, mentoring and leadership apprenticeship with Dovenest and hopes to bring these new skills with Claude’s current mentees both within and outside the Construction Industry.

Passionate about wellbeing and CEO & founder of Chatty Cards. A toolkit for supporting those struggling to express themselves and support their wellbeing & mental health.

Sitting for well over a decade on various charities' boards in Central London and President of a women’s group.

A passionate and innovative fundraiser and social value activist.
