Colin is the Digital Director at Kier Construction, where he leads the strategic transformation of digital construction across the business. With over two decades of experience in engineering, design, and digital technologies, Colin leads Kier’s commitment to consistency, simplification, innovation, and data-led decision-making.

Colin is responsible for leading the implementation of Kier’s Digital by Default strategy, which champions standardisation, automation, and integration across construction projects. He oversees digital construction, information management, business systems, and data and reporting, functions ensuring that digital tools are consistently adopted to reduce waste, improve collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Colin is a passionate advocate for people and supports industry through external mentoring. Colin devised and led launch of Your Insights, a centralised data reporting module driving governance, automating workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities which empowers teams to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement through data maturity. He remains deeply engaged with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring Kier are positioned at the forefront of digital transformation in UK construction.
