As the Passivhaus consultant on the pioneering Salford social housing scheme, Greenhaus, Conor is accomplished at guiding projects towards Passivhaus certification, from the earliest design and brief-setting stages to construction and post-occupancy evaluation. Following on from Greenhaus, he is now providing consultancy on several major schemes with Muse Homes, which will deliver hundreds of new Passivhaus-standard apartments across Salford.
 
Conor takes a holistic approach to Passivhaus, having also worked as an MEP engineer and building physics modeller. He sees Passivhaus as the best route to designing and delivering buildings that are low energy, cost-efficient and maximise the health and wellbeing of occupants.
