Cora Kwiatkowski
Cora is an award-winning architect and RIBA Client advisor whose 25-year career has been defined by a commitment to design excellence, transformative thinking and using the power of the built environment to inspire meaningful change. As Associate Director and National Sector Lead for Higher Education at Stride Treglown, she brings her exceptional expertise to complex strategic, new build and creative reuse projects, creating solutions that are innovative, sustainable and human-centred.
Her influence extends well beyond practice. Cora serves as Chair of the Education Expert Panel at New London Architecture, Commissioner for the Design Commission for Wales (DCfW), and Board Trustee of both the University Design Forum (UDF) and Design West. As Co-Chair of the UDF Research Group, she actively drives the intellectual agenda at the intersection of design research and academic environments. She also acts as Chair of the Design Review Panel for both DCfW and Design West, championing rigorous design quality across the profession.
Cora is a compelling advocate for design as a force for positive social change — and a vital contributor to any conversation about the built environment's role in shaping the future.
