Managing Director, Elements Services Limited

As an aspiring Women in Construction Ambassador, my journey is a testament to the transformative power of determination, passion, and resilience. Growing up, I observed a noticeable gender gap within the industry, motivating me to be a catalyst for change. I embarked on my path in construction with an unwavering commitment to breaking down barriers and shattering stereotypes. Over the years I have honed my technical skills and gained a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies. Throughout my career, I've faced challenges and biases, but they only fueled my determination. I've climbed scaffolds, inspected structures, and managed projects with a relentless passion, proving that gender should never define one's capabilities or ambitions. As a Women in Construction Ambassador, I aspire to inspire and empower the next generation of women who dream of thriving in this industry. I believe that diversity brings strength, creativity, and innovation to the construction field. Through mentoring, advocacy, and outreach, I aim to showcase the rewarding and limitless opportunities available to women, challenging outdated perceptions and championing inclusion. My story is a testament to the potential within every woman who aspires to be a part of the construction world. I am ready to stand as a beacon of encouragement, sharing my journey, advocating for equality, and encouraging more women to seize their rightful place in this dynamic industry. Together, we will build a brighter and more inclusive future for construction.
