Cressida Curtis

Cressida joined Wates in January 2024 to lead the acceleration of the Group’s environmental and social value delivery. She sits on the Executive Committee.
She was previously head of sustainability and corporate affairs at British Land PLC and led the same functions at development and investment company, Quintain. Prior to joining Wates, Cressida spent three years with the critical issues firm, Brunswick, advising UK and international companies how to deliver environmental leadership and social value alongside financial value.
