Dan Hagan (MEng (Hons) CEng MICE) is a Structural Engineer and Director in the Property & Buildings team of WSP. He is the WSP leader in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and is an expert in the design and detailing of mass timber structures.

Since joining WSP, Dan has been designing and managing complex major construction projects for Goldman Sachs, The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels and Sellar Property Group. Dan has vast experience in MMC and particularly the design of mass-timber-framed buildings. He leads the UK offices’ input into the Global WSP Timber Construction Network. He is an active member of the CTBUH, TRADA and is an NHBC Timber Frame Certifier. He is currently working with major developers on the design of high-rise mass timber hybrid commercial developments.
