Danny Murguia
Dr Danny Murguia is an Assistant Research Professor at the University of Cambridge’s Laing O’Rourke Centre, specialising in construction productivity and digitalisation. He works closely with leading clients, contractors, and technology partners to turn construction project data into actionable insights that improve productivity, predictability, and project delivery. He develops practical, data-driven solutions that help project teams measure performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make better-informed decisions using digital technologies and AI. His industry collaborations span major construction projects in the UK and internationally. Most recently, his collaborative work was recognised at the 2026 Industrialised Construction Awards, winning Best Collaborative Project and the overall Winner of Winners award.
