Dara is a Director of Project Management at MGAC and UK National Growth Lead, leading several multi-million-pound public and private sector projects across the UK.   Previously held the position of being the UK ED&I lead for a large organisation of more than 1500 employees, which helped change and shift the culture of a global organisation. With 15 years’ experience, a chartered surveyor, an expert in leasehold advisory and organisational strategy; Dara uses his experience and leadership skills to mentor people from under-represented groups in the industry. Recognising a gap in the industry of visible leaders from diverse backgrounds, Dara now uses his platform to share content and inspire a wider demographic of people.
