I have worked for small companies and large companies and understand that the stresses and obstacles faced at work and home can sometimes strain our mental health and cause upset and comfortability.

"Having grown up working on sites and encountering many individuals that are dealing with various situations where they feel they're unable to speak to anyone in work about i feel it is very important show support and understanding so that people are able to talk freely about their feelings and gain the help they need to be in a better mental state.
