David Throssell is the Head of Digital Construction for Skanska UK with responsibility for the implementation of BIM across operations in the UK. David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with broad experience of civil and structural permanent works design. He has managed single and multiple discipline design teams and Government funded R&D data management projects. He has particular expertise in BIM standards, methods and procedures.
