Dipa Joshi
Dipa Joshi is an architect with almost 30 years design and implementation cross sector design experience. She has extensive expertise in residential design across the private and affordable sectors in sale and build to rent, having been a contributor to the ULI Build to Rent Best Practice Design Guide. She is passionate about sustainable mixed-use regeneration to build better communities with social value. In her role as Partner and residential lead at Fletcher Priest Architects she leads projects across all scales from master-planning to interior design. Dipa champions for increased diversity across her industry, and as a former Mayor’s Design Advocate was on the steering group for the GLA handbook, “Supporting Diversity”. As well as taking part in design review and judging panels, she is involved with architectural mentoring and tutoring at different experience levels and is an RIBA Part 3 External Examiner at the Bartlett School of Architecture.
