I have worked in the field of sales in the construction industry for 6 years. I am now Head of Sales and Marketing at Pro-Lifting who lead the industry in lifting management. I am more often than not still the only female on site or to enter into a board room when pitching and that is a real shame as the industry is an incredible place to be. I love being involved in different types of projects from residential house building to working on the railway and airports. I aim to continue to develop within the industry and to encourage more women to join this incredible place.
