Dr. Rehan Khodabuccus is a highly skilled specialist responsible for zero-operational carbon modular builds, leading project development and construction teams. Equipped with a unique combined technical, scientific, and economic background developed over 20 years of working within the construction sector, Rehan became Operations and Technical Director at ZED PODS in 2018, a Co2nstruct Zero Business Champion and Partner. Rehan has completed a Doctorate in Engineering (Eng.D), an MSc in Environmental Strategy (Distinction), qualified as a ‘’Prince 2 Practitioner’ Project Manager and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Building on his engineering doctorate in sustainable energy systems he is instrumental in changing how zero carbon homes are delivered. By demonstrating net zero is viable for social housing, his work revolutionising inclusivity in the field. Rehan is also pushing the boundaries on what is possible on brownfield sites, including flood zones.
