Mental Health Awareness is very important to me personally, I have a qualification in mental health problems and awareness on suicide and self harm, I am also a mental health first aider, I would love to continue to support others within other companies aswell as my own, we as an industry need to stick together to help others who are struggling and can hopefully come out the other side stronger
