Emily Loquidis, LEED AP, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, PMP

Emily is an industry thought leader on low carbon design, promoting a whole lifecycle approach that considers both embodied carbon through LCA studies along with operational efficiency of the built environment. She works with clients to develop decarbonisation strategies across estates and portfolios through digital applications and visualisation tools. She has written for industry publications, speaks regularly at industry events and served as a technical expert regarding sustainability. Emily is an Associate Director at AECOM and is also pursuing a PhD with UCL at the Bartlett School, Environmental Design and Engineering focusing on scaling thresholds for regenerative and circular urban design.
